Welcome to our Summer 2024 Staff Team! We are so happy that you will be joining us!
Thank you in advance for reviewing, completing and submitting all of the necessary paperwork. This page serves as a guide to help you through the process.
When you applied to work at camp this summer, you set up your online staff profile. Please use the login that you created when you submitted your application.
We ask that you upload the following documents/files to your staff profile:
- *Signed Contract & completed TD1 Form (this personalized document is attached to the e-mail we sent you)
- *Payroll Direct Deposit Form (New Staff only or if info has changed for returning staff)
- *Criminal Record Check (applicable to new staff 18 and older or returning staff who are 18) at time of signing the contract. Required every 3 years.
- *Offense Declaration (returning staff 18 and older who have submitted a Criminal Records Check in the past).
- Recent Photo of Yourself
- Staff Health Form
- Copies of certifications that are position-specific and apply to you
- Swim Staff: Up-to-date Bronze Cross, National Lifeguard (NL), Instructors (LSSI), First Aid & CPR Note: A salary deduction will be applied if only submit Bronze Cross.
