Over the last 3 summers, the demand for spots has never been greater. We have consistently operated at over 95% capacity with many returning families securing their spots before September 30. We will only begin processing new families to Camp Robin Hood on October 1.

Things to Remember:
- A $500 deposit/child must accompany the completed application.
- By submitting your application, your spot is guaranteed. Including any other child in your household who did not attend in 2024
- Written confirmation will be provided before October 31, 2024.
- Our “no questions asked” full refund policy is in effect until December 1, 2024. A full cancellation between December 1, 2024 and January 31, 2024 is subject to a $250 cancellation fee.
- You may make adjustments to your initial registration at no cost until January 31. As of February 1, a charge will be applied for any reduction of your original registration. See the chart below for our full refund policy.

Standard Terms and Conditions
- Our camp fee includes: A Robin Hood backpack, camp t-shirt, cabin photo, towel service, camp-wide pizza lunch every Friday as well as daily treats and juice.
- Each application must include a deposit of $500 per child.
- Camp Robin Hood reserves the right to change or update our policies and/or programs.
- Day camp fees are HST exempt and your invoice can be used towards child care expenses or the children’s fitness tax credit. Transportation services are subject to HST.
