This is more than a job for our staff; it’s an opportunity to contribute to the growth of their campers, form meaningful bonds and truly make a difference. With many teachers in key supervisory roles, Camp Robin Hood is able to train and mentor staff and older campers to step into leadership roles. This has led to a culture of campers moving into staff roles and further reinforcing the fabulous spirit and values of Camp Robin Hood.
Our Directors & Leadership Team
We nurture our staff like we nurture our campers because happy and empowered young people make happy campers! And it starts with our leadership. Our Director team works closely with our Leadership Team and Senior Staff to equip them with the tools they need to train, mentor and empower our staff. And of course, our Directors work directly with frontline staff, get to know our campers and dedicate time communicating directly with parents. Among this team, we’re lucky enough to have a group of people so dedicated to what we do, that they work with us throughout the year (and many of them have other full-time jobs!). We consider this Leadership Team a true part of our extended family.
