Availability
We highly recommend early enrollment as most sessions across all age groups will be significantly filled by November 1. Beginning November 15, we will display a detailed grid outlining remaining spots available in each age group over all of our 4 sessions. Should your preferred session in your child’s age group be sold out at this time, you are invited to submit an application and join a waitlist. If a spot opens up, Patti, our Registration Director, will be in touch. Please feel free to reach out to her by e-mail or phone at 416-736-4443 should you have any questions.
It should be noted that our very well-known inclusion program for campers and staff with identified special needs is quite limited. Applications will be accepted, however confirmation will only be provided once our intake process is completed by our Director Sari Grossinger. We recommend you contact our office before December 1 to see if space is available for this aspect of our program.
Camper Application
Our process to submit an application online is easy. You can complete the application in 5-10 minutes. You also have the option to “save for later” if you need more time. We recommend using an updated version of Chrome, Safari, Firefox or Internet Explorer for the best experience. Answers to many application questions can be found in our “Frequently Asked Questions” section below. Our process does not provide for immediate confirmation when your application is submitted. Our office will provide you with an official confirmation after your application is processed. Could take up to 5-7 days depending on volume of applications.
Deposit Details
Applications will only be considered when accompanied by a $500.00 deposit per camper. Payments can be made as follows:
- By Cheque: Made payable to Camp Robin Hood
- By eCheck: In the registration portal, you will need to submit your branch number, transit number and account number.
- By E-Transfer: Submit payment to our Enrollment Director at payments@camprobinhood.ca.
- By Bill Payments: If you bank with Scotiabank, BMO and RBC, you can list Camp Robin Hood as a payee.
- By Credit Card: Visa or MasterCard – A 2.4% convenience charge will be applied.
Remaining balances to be paid as follows: Equal payments on March 1, April 1 & May 1

What is Included in the Camp Fee?
Full programming, well-trained and caring staff, a Robin Hood backpack, camp t-shirt, daily towel service, a camp-wide pizza lunch every Friday and daily treats and juice.
Are There Discounts Available?
We are happy to provide other opportunities for your family to save on camp fees.
- SIBLING DISCOUNT: Save 5% off your second child, 10% off your third and 15% off your fourth or more on camp and transportation fees. Children must be siblings residing in the same home.
- STAFF ALUMNI DISCOUNT: A further 5% discount on camp fees if one parent was a staff member at Robin Hood.
- REFFERAL PROGRAM: Tell your friends and family about us and we’ll pay you for each family you refer. All the details about our Referral Program can be found here…
What Ages of Campers are Eligible?
Campers must be at least 4 years of age on their first day of camp. Campers completed SK and older are also eligible for the
Robin Hood Sports Academy.
What Busing Options are Available?
Families may choose from our Door-to-Door or Neighbourhood service.
- Door-to-Door service is $260 +HST per camper/session. To view our Door-to-Door service boundaries click here.

- Parents are welcome to drop-off and pick-up their camper(s) daily at no additional fees.
What is the Refund and Cancellation policy?
- Your deposit is refundable if we cannot confirm your application.
- Our fees are for services for a specific period and not a day-to-day fee.
- In case of illness of 2 consecutive weeks or more, a refund* of up to 50% will be considered by the Camp Directors. A written request accompanied by a Doctor certificate is required for consideration.
